At this year’s Scientifica, discover what research tells us about the influence of art and culture on well-being and resilience.
Prof. Dr Susanne Walitza, MD (Psychiatric University Hospital Zurich), Prof. Dr Johann Steurer, MD, emeritus, Bettina Holzhausen (Zurich Opera House), Paula Langer (Kunsthaus Zürich) and Myriam Zumbühl (Lifegarden) demonstrate how creative activities can strengthen resilience, foster social connectedness and open up new ways of coping with mental health challenges.
Dance and musical performances, as well as a Lifegarden mini obstacle course on the UZH/ETH campus, will make these themes tangible and engaging.
Discover how art and nature can holistically support our health.
