Marina Abramović - THE BUS

In collaboration with the Art x Science Office, Marina Abramović’s THE BUS is stopping off at the University of Zurich, focusing on the themes of mindfulness, mental health, and conflict and peace research.

The bus stops in the car park in the grounds of the Rector’s Office (KUN building), Künstlergasse 15, Zurich.

THE BUS is a former school bus that has been transformed into a mobile space for experience. It is a blend of a moving sculpture and a mobile meditation capsule, inviting the audience to embark on an inner journey. It is about slowing down and sharing an experience that brings people together.

'THE BUS is a mobile capsule in which people can, in silence, connect with the present moment and with themselves. It is an invitation to an inner journey that becomes a shared experience.' - Marina Abramović

The experience in THE BUS lasts 30 minutes. Maximum capacity: 10 people per slot.
Admission is free.
Book your time slot: https://www.ema.uzh.ch/de/register/thebus.html

In collaboration with the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy (KJPP) at PUK Zurich, workshops for teenagers and young adults are offered in addition to the experience in THE BUS.
