art.in

art.in builds a bridge between culture and young people's mental health.

art.in is a project at the intersection of art, cultural mediation, and youth mental health. Developed in collaboration with Kunsthaus Zürich, the LIFE team at the University Hospital of Psychiatry Zurich, and the Children Action Foundation, it offers adolescents in the LIFE programme a space for exploration through artistic and cultural experiences. Art.in also reaches out to a broader audience through public events.

The programme is based on regular workshops designed for adolescents supported by LIFE. Each month, two complementary modules are offered, one at Kunsthaus Zürich and the other with the Zurich Opera House. Together, they invite participants to explore emotions, creativity, movement, and self-perception in a stimulating artistic environment.
